Total Seats available for admission to Pre-School (Foundation) - 90

(i) 25% (22 seats) - Economically Weaker Section & Disadvantaged Group as defined under the Right to Education Act, 2009. The seats for this quota will be filled through a draw of lots
(ii) 20% (18 seats)- Management Quota
(iii) 55 % (50 seats) – Open general seats which are not covered under the above three categories.

The admission to open seats shall be made on the basis of fixed parameters and points as given below:

Uploading details of children who applied to the school for admission under open seats.

List of selected children (First List) and waiting list will be declared.

 

Wednesday, 8th March to Friday, 10th March, 2017

 

Verification of documents and collection of fees from parents or guardians of selected children in the First List

Friday, 17th March, 2017

Second list of candidates (If any) (including Waiting List)

Monday, 20th March to Wednesday, 22nd March, 2017

Verification of documents and collection of fees from parents or guardians of selected children in the Second List

Friday, 31st March, 2017

Closure of admission process



Once the application has been submitted, there will be no addition or alterations to the information provided.

List of supporting documents to be produced by parents at the time of verification for admission under the General Category

1. Child's Birth Certificate to verify date of birth
2. For proof of residence, any one of the following documents is required: Ration Card, Voter I-D card, Aadhar Card/ Unique Identity Card, MTNL Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, DJB Water Bill, Passport
3. For Alumni - School leaving certificate
4. Proven track record of contribution or achievement to the Community and /or country by the parents: Appropriate documents
