Class 6-10 had a Laghu Katha Puraskar Pratiyogita on Monday the 22nd of July. Saumya Rana from class IX and Nitya Vaishnavi from class VIII were awarded first position, followed by Ashish Aggarwal from class VIII.
A debating team consisting of Partha S. Mudgil, Tanya Kewalramani along with Shruti Sharma of class XII participated in the Carmel Convent Debate on Friday.
Ankit Bahri and Nikhilesh Singh Chand from class XII and Ritwick Ghosh from Class XI represented our school at the St. Columbus Quiz held on the 27th of July.
In the Brother Mahony soccer tounrnament, the Vasant Valley Senior Soccer team played a match against Modern School Vasant Vihar on the 21st of July. Our team was victorious winning 3-0 with Akshay Chibber scoring two goals and Gaganjit Singh Tandon scoring one.
The Senior Team then played another match against St. Johnís Academy which they lost 1-0
The English Recitation competition for classes 6-10 was held on the 25th of July. Pranav Pant was adjudged the best speaker

Book week began on Monday, the 30th of July.
Our guests for the Book week were poet Prayag Shukla and authors Meera Uberoi, Pal Bhasin, Deepa Aggrarwal, Subadra Sengupta, editor Atiya Zaidia and illustrator Atanu Roy.
The Book Week Quiz was held on Wednesday the 1st of August. Red house, represented by Priya Malik(XII), Aatish Bhatia(XI), Abhishek Srivastav(X), Swati Sood (IX), Maya Mukhopadhyay (VIII), Cara Tejpal (VII), Esha Mehta (VI) emerged the winners with 95 points while Green house were in 2nd place with 70 points.
