Section A

  1. Recommended for children using the NH 8.
  2. For cars coming past Vasant Kunj Pkt 6 & 7 please ensure that cars approach the school in a SINGLE FILE ONLY.
  3. PL. DO NOT OVERTAKE cars that are in the queue to get in front of the line.
  4. In case of overtaking, kids will not be allowed to be dropped off in front of the school. Cars that do so will have to go round the block and find a parking spot in the area marked in green, opposite Vasant Vatika .
  5. This is a No Disembarking, No Parking zone
  6. Kids to disembark in the area marked as the “Drop off Zone” in front of the school only . It is very dangerous for children to get out of the car in this area.
  7. Pls ask the kids to be patient and wait until they are in the “ Drop off Zone”.

Section B

  1. Area meant for dropping off kids only.
  2. This is a No parking, No Stopping area.
  3. The only cars that can park here for a short period of time are the Special Section Cars. Parents whose kids are in the Sp. Sec are requested to put stickers on their cars to avoid being asked to move their cars. Stickers are available from the office.
  4. If a parent/didi gets off in the drop off zone to escort the child in to the school then the car will have to move on and go round the block and find a parking spot in the area marked in green, opposite Vasant Vatika.
  5. Cars cannot park in the Staff Parking area.
  6. There is No Left Turn here.

Section C: Most Important

  1. This is the road that must be used by children coming in from Vasant Vihar, etc and Andheria Morh etc.
  2. If you are coming from Andheria Morh then pl take a right to go under the flyover and then onto past DPS instead of going to the front of the school.
  3. There is ample parking space for cars here.
  4. We cordon off the right side of the road for a protected walkway for the children.
  5. We also maintain this as a one way road from 7:15 am to 7: 40 am and now from 8:40 to 9:00 am .
  6. So if you want to walk yr child into the school premises or just drop off the kids in the designated area, this is the safest area.
  7. We are manning this area in the mornings to ensure that the children get into the school safely.
  8. Pl note that area marked in red are no parking zones

Section D

  1. This is an area designated for BUSES only.
  2. No cars to park here at all.
  3. We have made a walkway for the children to get into the school safely once they alight from the bus.
  4. There is no left turn here.

Section E

  1. Under no circumstances should cars be parked on the opposite side of the road.
  2. Pl DO NOT CROSS the divider
  3. It has been wired to ensure just that.

Most Importantly:

  1. Please explain this map to your drivers as well. Please co-operate with us and instruct your drivers to do the same. Some of them are extremely rude and aggressive.
