The entire registration process for admission to Pre School (Foundation) is done online in strict compliance with the guidelines issued by the Department of Education.
Application for admission to the EWS/DG and CWSN category, under the provision of RTE Act 2009 comes under the purview of the Department of Education.

Children should be born between 1st April, 2021 and 31st March, 2022
(As per the Department of Education order dated 11/11/2024, an age relaxation of 30 days has been allowed at the discretion of the Head of School. For admission to Pre-school an age relaxation of up to 30 days for children born between 1st March, 2021 to 31st March, 2021 is being considered.)
Admission to each year group depends on a vacancy. There are a limited number of children and three sections to each class. Application for admission need to be sent to admissions@vasantvalley.edu.in
All applications are kept on record for three months.
A Fresh application needs to be sent to reiterate your interest, if you do not hear from the school office in three months time. No form needs to be filled at the time of application. In case of children with special needs, the above procedure is to be followed. Admission is dependent on a vacancy in the relevant year group.

Shortlisted students will receive an email with details for the admission test a week before the scheduled date
Admission test for class IX & XI for the year 2026-27 will be held in the school at 10:00 am on the date selected.
The Admissions Officer will get in touch with all shortlisted students, apprising them of the date and time of the interaction with the admission committee.
Parents of shortlisted students will meet the admission committee
Final list of students shortlisted for admission to class 9 &11 will be declared on the School’s Website.
Seats are reserved for EWS & Disadvantaged Group students as per the Government rules.
All admissions to class IX & XI will be subject to verification of original documents. If any information given in the form is false, the school reserves the right to cancel the admission
Class IX Admissions 2026-27
Students will be tested in English, Hindi, Mathematics and General Awareness. It will be a subjective paper and the duration will be 3 hours.
Class XI Admissions 2026-27
Students who have scored an average of at least 70% in their last school examination in Class X in the following subjects – English, Second Language, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science are eligible for taking the entrance test for admission to Class XI.
Short-listed students for class XI will be required to take an Admission Test in English and Mathematics. All those students who wish to study Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Economics / Accountancy will be required to take the test in Mathematics. The English test will be for 1 hour and the Mathematic test will be for 30 minutes.
