The registration process for admission to Pre School (Foundation) is done online, in strict compliance with the guidelines issued by the Department of Education.
Under the provisions of the RTE Act-2009, the processing of admissions in the EWS/DG and CWSN categories lies with the Department of Education. Therefore, all applications under these categories must be submitted directly to the Department of Education.
Children should be born between 1st April, 2022 and 31st March, 2023.
In accordance with the DoE order dated 22/11/2025, the Head of School may grant an age relaxation of up to 30 days for admission to Pre-school, at their discretion. Accordingly, for the academic session 2026-27, children born between 1st March, 2022 and 31st March, 2022 will also be considered eligible for admission.

Admission to each year group depends on a vacancy. There are a limited number of children and three sections to each class. Application for admission need to be sent to admissions@vasantvalley.edu.in
All applications are kept on record for three months.
A Fresh application needs to be sent to reiterate your interest, if you do not hear from the school office in three months time. No form needs to be filled at the time of application. In case of children with special needs, the above procedure is to be followed. Admission is dependent on a vacancy in the relevant year group.

The entrance test for class VIII (CBSE) will be conducted on 3 days. Students will be tested in English, Hindi, Mathematics and General Awareness. It will be a subjective paper, and the duration will be 3 hours.

1. Shortlisted students will receive an email with details for the admission test a week before the scheduled date.
2. Admission test for class VIII for the year 2026-27 will be held in the school at 10:00 am on the date selected.
3. The Admissions Officer will get in touch with all shortlisted students, apprising them of the date and time of the interaction with the admission committee.
4. Parents of shortlisted students will meet the admission committee.
5. Seats are reserved for EWS & Disadvantaged Group students as per the Government rules.
6. All admissions to class VIII will be subject to verification of original documents. If any information given in the form is false, the school reserves the right to cancel the admission
