The batch connect for the batch of 2002 was conducted on the 15th of January 2022. The virtual connect session was attended by alumni from across the globe encompassing participants from Australia, Europe, and North America apart from India. There was immense enthusiasm amongst the alumni to connect with each others and the school teachers and staff members. Some of the Alumni were interacting with their fellow classmates for the first time since they graduated from school. The session saw Mrs Rekha Purie, Ms Rekha Krishnan, Ms Mona Datta, Ms Sreela Mitra, Ms Geetika Jerath, Ms Nomita Roy and others share fond memories with this batch. A video film created by the teachers brought back the pleasant memories which the students of the batch of 2002 had created during their school years. The hour-long virtual reunion was appreciated by the alumni and rekindled feelings for school.

Following the success of the inaugural ‘Batch Connect’ event, the second session of this exciting series was organised for the Batch of 2000, that took place on saturday, the 4th December 2021.
In this session, alumni from the class of 2000 were reunited virtually with their batchmates, as well as members of the school faculty and staff.
Both teachers and alumni fondly recalled numerous stories from over two decades ago with a freshness similar to an episode that would have occurred a few days ago ! That evening saw humorous storytelling, uncontrollable laughter, and above all cherished camaraderie.
The virtual reunion brought together people from across the globe, and so many were overjoyed to see their childhood friends after years on end.
With all the students moving ahead in their unique journeys to lead fulfilling professional and personal lives, this enjoyable session reunited students and teachers alike to reflect on, and refresh memories from where it all began…

The first batch of Vasant Valley School, the Class of 1999 got together virtually for an interaction facilitated by the school. New memories were made as old ones regaled. Many of the students reconnected for the first time after many years. It was an evening full of fun, laughter, memories and nostalgia.
