Authorscape 2023

On the 26th of September 2023, an extraordinary opportunity unfolded for students from classes 3 to 12 as they had the privilege of meeting and engaging with accomplished authors. These distinguished writers covered a wide array of subjects, spanning from history and politics to environmental studies, nature, and mythology. With fifteen authors assigned to different class groups, students attended three sessions each, departing each one with enriched knowledge and unique insights. Undoubtedly, the highlight of each session was the interactive question-and-answer segment, where the authors were deeply impressed by the level of engagement from the audience.
The event’s success can be largely attributed to the following authors:
1. Ms. Mamta Nainy and Ms. Arthy Singh mesmerized classes 3-4 with their captivating tales of the Taj Mahal, transforming the sessions into magical experiences.

2. Ms. Namita Gokhale held classes 3 to 6 spellbound with her vivid retelling of the epic Mahabharata.

3. Ms. Deepa Agarwals stories of valor and friendship proved both inspirational and entertaining for students of classes 3 and 4.

4. Ms. Parvati Sharma, along with her literary accomplices Rattu and Poorie, led classes 5 and 6 on thrilling adventures through history, keeping them completely enthralled.

5. Ms. Meghaa Gupta's discussion on climate history and the environment was both enjoyable and motivational for classes 5 and 6.

6. Mr. Ranjit Lal's passion for nature translated beautifully into a talk that left the audience of classes 7 and 8 inspired.

7. Mr. Prayag Shukla shared valuable lessons on discipline with students of classes 7, 8, and 9, emphasizing the importance of active listening and introspection.

8. Ms. Tanu Shree Singh garnered a devoted following among students of classes 7 and 8 with her enchanting speaking style and interactive creative writing session.

9. Ms. Poonam Arora's emotional and fervent poetry recitations captivated students of classes 9 and 10, leaving them spellbound.

10. Ms. Sutapa Basu beautifully traced India's nationhood, captivating the audience of classes 9 and 10 while providing insights into our rich culture and history.

11. Ms. Archana Garodia's presentation delved into the fascinating facts and stories of our nation's history, leaving students of classes 11 and 12 eager to explore more.

12. Mr. Devashish Dhar delivered a truly memorable session to classes 11 and 12, offering an in-depth analysis of diplomacy and international dynamics.

13. Ms. Goldie Kasturia, accompanied by her sister Shivani Kasturia, rounded off the event with valuable tips and suggestions, sharing their love for writing with the audience from classes 11 and 12.

In conclusion, Authorscape 2023 proved to be an engaging, informative, and thoroughly enjoyable event for all age groups.
