The day started with glimpses of previous Science day celebrations, a visual explanation of the Raman Effect, and the release of the school Science Magazine.
Students from middle school set up experiments to exhibit their knowledge and understanding of scientific principles, and classes 9, 10, and 11 took part in the Catapult challenge. This was followed by a talk by Mr. Kaushik Roy Choudhury, who spoke to the students about the science involved in photography, and an interaction with members of Drone Association of India who highlighted the technology involved in creating a drone. The showstopper was the agricultural drone flown in the senior school quadrangle.
