TECHVVIZ 2026, hosted by Vasant Valley School on 13th and 14th August, marked the 25th edition of the school’s inter-school technology festival. What began 25 years ago as an Inter-School Multimedia Contest has grown into a vibrant celebration of creativity, coding, design thinking, photography and robotics, bringing together students from schools across Delhi-NCR and beyond.
Students competed across five events: the Multimedia Contest, Byte Battles, InnoVVate, Pixel-O-Graphic and RoVVotics League. The silver jubilee edition also introduced the TECHVVIZ Tech Fair, featuring a GarageBand Music Workshop by Apple, a Swift Coding showcase, a Robotics Workshop by ET Robotics featuring a humanoid robot, showcases by various technology companies and an exhibition of innovative projects created by Vasant Valley students. The Tech Fair was a major attraction, with students from participating schools as well as Classes 5 to 9 participating in the sessions.
The festival concluded with an energetic technology-themed interactive quiz conducted by Mr. Cyrus John from India Today. Exciting prizes, including soundbars, headphones and printers, added to the enthusiasm surrounding the competitions and awards.
Vasant Valley School won the Overall Trophy, with New Era Public School, Mayapuri as First Runner-Up and Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun as Second Runner-Up.
